A clear plan and hands on project management are the bedrocks of each successful product and project at Eaton Consolidated LLC. It is important that we share a vision, understand timelines, and the costs associated with creating one of a kind dreams. Each clients needs and requirements differ. Being interdisciplinary allows me flexibility to meet your specific needs, from designing the space to sweeping up at the end. Bathroom Remodel
Bathroom remodel may be a bit of an undersell. Water from the old shower had damaged exterior siding. The client opted to add 2 new windows and increase the space of the room since the remodel was so extensive. New electrical, new plumbing, new framing, a new vanity, toilet, new tile flooring, and the beautiful clawfoot tub and corner shower. This was a fun and sometime challenging project given the nature of working in a over 100 year old home.
Scenic Firepit
Built by myself and a colleague while I was still at Canyon Construction this natural stone paver fire-pit patio overlooks all of Happy Valley. Gas fired pit means years of no hassle outdoor fun. The proximity of the stone pieces to one another on this patio is some of the best stone fitting you will see in these types of patios. It is on average less than a 1/4 of an inch.
Drafting
Drafting and construction documentation can help in all phases of a project. Sometimes they are required for HOA’s or for lendors. I am comfortable both creating and working from drawings as well as working from less advanced documentation depending on the scale and timeline of the project and its funding requirements. I am comfortable sketching, doing finish drawings, and drafting both by hand and using software.
Remodels
Over the years I have taken on many remodel projects. From simple homes to luxury estates the same attention to detail, cost, and timeliness will be observed. Every job and every client deserve the best service and a contractor who will work with their needs to see their needs met.

From raw dirt to a livable and beautiful space. Building any dream is all about the process, materials, and most importantly people.
