Often times the simplest solution to any repair or maintenance project is experience and familiarity. Knowing building practices, materials, and having access to reliable qualified sub contractors and vendors when the situation requires is critical to maintaining a safe and valuable home. Additionally scheduling a single contractor to handle multiple issues saves headache cost.
Water Feature Management
This waterfall was originally installed not using correct equations for balancing reservoir size, length of waterfall, and volume of water. Since the problem was discovered post finish landscaping and the area is too tight for big equipment, an additional sealed reservoir was added to increase capacity along with an additional pump to balance the two storage areas. An auto refill exist in each reservoir. Additionally the liner was never properly sealed at the ledge or where it transitions from the wall to the first reservoir. These problems were all addressed and now the feature operates properly and is well balanced. I have added auto refill lines and maintained several waterfalls over the years. I have also been blessed to have worked on and maintained pool systems.
Granite/Stone Fabrication
Granite, marble, quartz and general stone cutting and fabrication of all sorts has been an absolutely amazing skill in my tool belt. I have repaired seams in countertops, fabricated vanity’s and tops from customer owned pieces or sourced remnants from local shops. I have repaired Calcite light fixtures and granite end tables. I have refinished travertine tile counters and showers. If you need repair work on stone from glue work to sand and polish, I’m sure I can help.
Furniture Refinish/Repair
Whether you have a much loved old family heirloom that simply needs some TLC, or if you’d like to breath life into a new or old piece, I can handle re-finish and up-cycle projects of all kinds. I can source materials of near any type. Any service I do not offer I can coordinate with vendors, many I already know, to complete your dream project.

Standard Handyman Repairs
Whether its a leaky faucet, a smoke detector needing new batteries, a new door handle or securing a fence, I can do it. I never mind working from a punch list to knock out a laundry list of small issues you may have. No project is too small but I do encourage folks to put a rough list together so when we meet to discuss your needs we have a place to start. This also serves to get you the best value for your money when I come to complete work.
